facilitated by SWISStours. As such we are not responsible for any liability, injury, death, loss or damage arising out of any services.

Booking any of the services implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all travel documentions are in order, SWISStours will not be responsible for any liabilities arising out of improper documentation.
SWISStours reserves the right to modify or cancel any service without prior intimation. All information in our website is therefore subject to change.
With respect to booking made, nothing shall constitute as a 'sole' or 'rental of rooms' or 'provision of sightseeing' or 'provision of rail service' to or by SWISStours except as expressly described in contract.
All prices have been calculated at the prevailing exchange rates. Any increase in price caused by changes in the exchange rates will be paid for in full prior to departure.
Responsibility
All services, itineraries and hotels are subject to change with or without notice as they are based on current
schedules of transportation.
All prices are subject to increase in fares and fluctuations in the exchange rates. In case of any increase,
passengers will have to pay the difference.
SWISStours does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses, due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services,
missed connections, sicknesses, weather , strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused
and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
All arrangements for the services are made by SWISStours in their capacity as an intermediary agent only
for and in the interest of the passengers, with respect to any air/land/sea transportation and hotel which
may be included in the website and as such holds itself absolved of all liabilities for any injury, delay or
damage from any cause, whatsoever, for which the passenger, by signing the contract undertakes to absolve SWISStours
and its representatives from any legal claims.
All services are subject to the rules and regulations
of the Reserve Bank of India and GOI will operate as per the prevailing regulations and
permissions being granted for such services. In case of any disputes arising out of/in connection with
the products features in this website,
the courts in Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction.
